From the Tools menu in Microsoft Outlook, select Email Accounts.

Click Add a new email account .. and then next >

Select the third option .. IMAP .. and the click Next >

Fill in the information as required .. the User Name and password are the ones associated with the mailbox and the mail servers are as detailed above. 

Click on "More Settings ..." 

Tick the box as above "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Leave the selection "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" selected.

From the Advanced tab, in the "Root folder path" enter inbox as shown above. Click OK and then Clock Next >

The configuration is now complete. You will now be able to send email and recieve using IMAP.
